Jackie Kniskern is the Director of the Contracts and Financial Assistance Division in the Office of Acquisition at the Department of Energy. She has held this position for over 10 years and has been at Energy for 31 years. Her Division is responsbile for regulations, policy and guidance for contracting and financial assistance. Her team works with program offices across the Energy complex to implement effective and efficient policies.
