Stephanie Vander Zanden is a global business leader with over 20 years of experience in leadership, talent development, business management, intercultural communication, diversity and inclusion. She began her career at Schreiber Foods in 1997, and held many positions within the organization, including Export Sales, Managing Director of Schreiber’s facility in Leon, Mexico, General Manager of Latin America and Asia, and leading Schreiber’s International Human Resource and Diversity and Inclusion function. During her tenure as Director of Diversity and Inclusion, she successfully developed and executed Schreiber’s Global Diversity and Inclusion strategy from the ground up. Having travelled to over 50 countries throughout her career, lived on three different continents, and interacted regularly with employees throughout the world, Stephanie is passionate about creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. She is currently the founder and CEO of The Inclusion Company, LLC, where she helps other organizations progress on their diversity and inclusion journeys. Stephanie has an MBA from Lakeland College, and is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Minnesota with bachelor’s degrees in International Relations and Spanish/Portuguese.
