Mark Heller

Institute for National Security Studies, Tel Aviv University

Mark A. Heller is Principal Research Associate at the Institute for National Security Studies, Tel Aviv University, and Non-Resident Scholar at the Middle East Institute, Washington, DC.  He received his B.A. in Political Science and Economics at the University of Toronto and did his graduate studies at Harvard University, where he earned an M.A. in Middle Eastern Studies and a Ph.D. in Political Science.  He has been affiliated with the INSS since 1979 and has also taught international relations at Tel-Aviv University and at several American universities, including the University of California at San Diego, Cornell and Harvard.
