Heather is the Clinical Value Analyst at Cincinnati Children's hospitals. Her nursing background is entirely in the hospital system setting with 20+ years in acute care, adult, community and LTAC settings. Over 15 years she has been in the specialty of infection control spanning six states and various situations (i.e. scabies outbreak, hospital flooding, pandemic influenza). A decisive leader in Infection Prevention and Control standards, she has a record of partnering closely with the clinical leadership to implement hospital-wide infection prevention programs to ensure full regulatory compliance. In her new role she facilitates product, equipment, and service standardization to provide the best clinical value and outcomes.
