Ms. Will serves as the Director of Clinical Programs and Accreditation with oversight of Executive and Continuing Education within the College of Health Solutions and is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Science of Health Care Delivery. Prior to her tenure at ASU, she worked clinically as a senior Physician Assistant in the Division of Hospital Internal Medicine at Mayo Clinic Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. Prior to her experience in Hospital Medicine, she practiced in Cardiovascular Surgery and primary care. Along with her clinical duties, she was the Program Director of the Mayo Clinic in Arizona Post-graduate PA Fellowship in Hospital Internal Medicine and Assistant Professor in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine. She also served on the Mayo Clinic Arizona Education Committee and led the Mayo Clinic Arizona taskforce for interprofessional education and collaborative practice. She currently serves as the co-chair for the National Collaborative for Improving the Clinical Learning Environment (NCICLE), an ACGME affiliate organization focused in improving the clinical learning environment for all health professions. Ms. Will also serves on the Accreditation Review Commission for the education of Physician Assistants (ARC-PA) as a member of the postgraduate accreditation taskforce. Ms. Will is currently pursuing her PhD in Healthcare Leadership and Innovation at ASU, Edson College of Nursing and Health Innovation. Her research interests include team-based care.
