I am a reverse mortgage advisor with Mutual of Omaha Mortgage.  I bring over 15 years of experience to this special area of lending.  I approach each transaction from the perspective of a mortgage planner.  The client's cash flow, equity position and other assets are carefully scrutinized and accounted for when providing a detailed proposal.  

 

I take special care when guiding seniors through this process.  This is a big decision and I never lose sight of that.  I am patient and explanatory so that there are no surprises and the client feels in control to as great an extent as possible.
