Shelley Hoover is a Sales Director at Dickerson Insurance Services, an Alera Company, where she has worked for more than 11 years. Prior to this she was a Sales Manager for Kaiser Pemanente in Southern CA. Shelley has been an active member of the Inland Empire Association of Health Underwriters for more than 30 years and has served on the Executive Board for more than 25 years. She has also been a member of the CAHU Executive Board and was awarded the Executive Leadership Award in 2005. Shelley is involved in numerous community activities and is consistently involved in teaching sales strategy and skills. She hold a bachelors degree in Administration and a Masters Degree in Health Care Administration. Supporting brokers in building their Book of Business and developing Sales Skills is the favorite part of her work.
