Current BIO: Kathleen Quinn Votaw
Kathleen Quinn Votaw, Founder and CEO of TalenTrust and author of Solve the People Puzzle, has overcome challenges ranging from job loss to the 2008 recession to become one of less than 2% of women business owners whose company broke the million dollar mark; along this journey, she’s learned an important lesson: a people-centric workplace is the key to attracting and retaining the minds who will take your business to the next level.
She has helped over 500+companies across multiple industries in the United States navigate the discord to develop fulfilling cultures, targeted recruitment strategies and, most importantly, engaged employees who want to come to work each day.
From proactive hiring processes to approachable authority, Kathleen’s practical insights and actionable recommendations have impacted leadership in organizations including John Hancock, Kaiser Permanente, the United States Department of Veteran’s Affairs, Renaissance Executive Forum, EO, the Association of Corporate Growth and of course Vistage International.
Kathleen recently completed a Stanford Graduate School of Business course focused on strategy, innovation and organizational design. She has also received many awards, including the coveted Inc. 5000 in 2015 and 2016. Finally, KQV was just honored as a 2020 Enterprising Woman of the Year from Enterprising Women Magazine for her work with TalenTrust to fuel lasting change in companies across the nation.
