Michelle started her journey with Anthem over 10 years ago. She spent 3 years with Broker Sales Support (Medicare) before being promoted in 2013 to an Account Service Manager on the National Broker team. Michelle was responsible for account management of our largest producing FMO partners and their downline agencies. The last 4 years Michelle has been a Medicare Regional Sales Manager overseeing Los Angeles (San Fernando Valley), Ventura, Santa Barbara & San Luis Obispo. Michelle provides support to local brokers and agencies on everything from training, enrollment tracking, commission reconciliation, marketing and member issues. Michelle earned her BA from UCLA and lives in Moorpark with her husband Matthew, their one year old daughter Morgan and their dog Kassi.
