Matt Dybala

Since earning a degree in Environmental Studies in 1998, Matt has dedicated his career to fostering a deeper connection between humans and our natural surroundings.   Over the past decade, he has cultivated a diversity of botanicals at Herb Pharm's production farm in southern Oregon.   A region that has been recently impacted by historic levels of extreme drought, fire and population growth.  In direct response to climate and environmental degradation, Matt utilizes biological soil-building practices, biodiversity assessment, and carbon capture principles to foster on-farm resiliency.  He hopes to share these concepts and further discuss climate solutions to continue improving our future integration of agriculture back into disrupted native habitats.
