Rhonda Mayer is the President of Community Training Connection, Inc. She founded the company in 1993 to focus on training administrators and caregivers in RCFEs and Home Care and consultation on residential issues. Her training philosophy is based on improving human performance effectively, efficiently, enjoyably, and ethically. She earned a Master of Science in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University.
