Nancy Nelson is Executive Director of Belmont Village Calabasas. She has over 40 years of experience in leadership and motivation. As a 25-year-old, she was hired by leadership guru and bestselling author, John C. Maxwell, to be on his leadership team. Throughout the decades, she has motivated others with her people-friendly leadership and inspiring speaking. In the last decade, Nancy has focused on senior living, serving as an executive director at Sunrise Senior Living and now Belmont Senior Living.
