Scott Carlson is the Regional Vice President of Operations at Oakmont Senior Living where he supports a portfolio of 11 luxury senior living communities throughout Northern California. He began his career in senior care as a dishwasher in a senior living community at the age of 14. From there, he grew his career by serving seniors in a myriad of different roles. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco.
