Payam Saljoughian is Senior Counsel at Hanson Bridgett. He represents long-term care facilities, hospitals, health systems, and other health care providers. In the long-term care arena, he helps providers with licensing issues, contract drafting, and dispute resolution. He has prepared RCFE and CCRC admission agreements for clients in many states, and he often advises California RCFEs and CCRCs with resident terminations. He is a graduate of the University of California's Hastings College of Law.
