Dr. Kranz earned his MD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine. He completed an internal medicine year at the University of Maryland before joining the diagnostic radiology residency program at Duke. He completed his Neuroradiology fellowship training at Duke and remains on faculty.
