Dr. Bashir earned his MD from the University of Iowa College of Medicine. He completed residency training in diagnostic radiology and nuclear medicine at Rush University Medical Center. He came to Duke in 2010 to complete an Abdominal Imaging Fellowship and remains on faculty.
