Dr. Dawn Garzon  is a PNP and PMHS with a passion for child physical and mental health. She is a seasoned speaker and author, a fellow of AANP and the American Academy of Nursing, immediate past president of NAPNAP and an associate professor at the University of Portland in Oregon.
