Elizabeth Brothers is an Acute Care PNP working in Jacksonville, FL at Wolfson Children's Hospital in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. She is one of our Conference Planning Committee members and has a passion for educating current and future Nurse Practitioners. She transitioned her career to Jacksonville, FL, after three years in the PICU in Gainesville, FL in June of 2020. She was involved in treating some of the earliest and most severe cases of Multisystem Inflammatory Response Syndrome in Children (MIS-C), secondary to COVID-19. She is here to share her experiences and discuss current literature, treatment modalities, and complications from active COVID-19 and MIS-C both inpatient and outpatient.
