I am a practicing pediatric and family chiropractor. I have been practicing in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho since April of 2008 and continue to expand my services for families to achieve a higher level of health and a better expression of life. My husband, David and I, are the founders of Spoelstra Family Chiropractic and the FOCUS program, Neuro-Deflective Retraining Method ™ ,FOCUS Educational Seminars, The FOCUS Academy ™, Brain Blossom Program ™ and co founder of Navigate your Healing My specific area of interest in practice is the developing brain and mind of children and specifically the stress response that may lead to deflected development. The FOCUS program is a multi pillared approach incorporating both clinical, educational and mentoring aspects of deflected childhood development. This approach enables us to help fill the “gaps” in brain development that may be leading to altered behavior, learning and socialization.
