Former Smith Barney Wall Streeter-turned-fintech-entrepreneur Denise Wypiszenski is a founder and co-CEO of 4U, the financial industry's first real-time digital marketplace where the currency is engagement. Prior to 4U, Wypiszenski founded an executive search and consulting firm, Orchid Network LLC and The Orchid Alliance, a network of independent financial industry consultants that provide solutions-based services to banking and Wall Street clients. Denise began and spent most of her career with Smith Barney, where she most recently served as COO - Western Division, Director. She received her B.S. cum laude from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, double majoring in Finance and Banking.
