Lt. Steven P. McGovern is Director of Louisiana State Analytical & Fusion Exchange (LA-SAFE). He has served with the Louisiana State Police for almost 26 years in various capacities, mostly investigative units. He received his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business/Pre-Law from Northwestern State University and a Masters of Science in Criminal Justice from Southern University and A & M College.
