Standley Charlesis a Development Officer for the Annual Giving team at The Northwell Health Foundation. He joined Northwell in 2016 as part of the direct mail and digital fundraising team. He recently transitioned to a unique hybrid position, working collaboratively with the special and major gifts teams focusing on building a grateful patient pipeline for cancer and cardiothoracic programs. Standley has 16 years of experience working in the non-profit sector. Most recently he served as a Development Coordinator at The Rogosin Institute raising over $2 million annually through frontline fundraising and special events. Standley received his MA from St. John’s University in Sociology. He is an inaugural member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Task Force at the Northwell Health Foundation and is a member of the African American Development Officers Network (AADO). In his free time Standley volunteers at St. John’s Bread and Life pantry and enjoys trampolining with his daughters, Leia and Laila.
