Meghan Smith joined Seneca Gaming Corporation in 2016 and became Vice President of Human Resources in 2017. As Seneca Gaming Corporation’s Senior Human Resources professional, Meghan has accelerated the Corporation’s Human Resources transformation through her leadership, talent acquisition and Team Member engagement. Meghan brings almost 25 years of Human Resources experience having held previous roles with Walmart, the State University of New York at Buffalo and General Electric Capital. She earned both a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Science degree from Canisius College where she graduated with honors.
