Joy Pohland Janssen is a Principal Business Consultant at Blackbaud. Joy has been with the Blackbaud team by way of Reeher for 5 years. Before coming to Blackbaud, Joy focused her career in fundraising, with roles ranging from her start as a phonathon caller, to wearing every hat possible in Annual Giving, and raising money as a gift officer. Joy has a strong history of creative and effective problem solving with customers and using data to inform fundraising strategy to yield better results.
