Elizabeth  Easter

Elizabeth Easter is the Senior Director of Development Communications and Community Engagement for the Abramson Cancer Center (ACC) and the University of Pennsylvania Health System (UPHS). She has been a member of the ACC development team since 2013, and the larger University of Pennsylvania Development and Alumni Relations community since 2008. In her role, Elizabeth oversees UPHS and ACC stewardship, proposal, and communications pipelines. She leads faculty and staff training initiatives and helps physicians frame key messaging and translate their highly scientific presentations into phrasing that is easily understandable to different donor audiences. Additionally, she oversees a portfolio of special events, including volunteer leadership meetings. Elizabeth serves as a resource for development staff for their writing needs and manages the execution of multiple communication projects such as proposals, stewardship reports, blogs, newsletter articles, collateral material, e-communications, board communications, and ACC leadership remarks for Institutional Events. Lizzy graduated from the Trinity College with a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies, and The George Washington University with a Master of Arts in American Studies. She and her family reside in Philadelphia, PA.
