Kim Callahan

Kim Callahan is the Director, Leadership Annual Giving at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle, WA. Kim leads a team focused on strengthening the pipeline of donors between Annual Giving and Major Gifts by developing a holistic strategy for the management of mid-level donors and prospects, classified at Fred Hutch as those giving $500 to $9,999. Kim prides herself on being an early-adopter and innovator when it comes to the development of strategies and systems for the growth of mid-level donors, an often overlooked but incredibly vital group. Prior to joining Fred Hutch, Kim led Annual Giving programs at Woodland Park Zoo and the Seattle Art Museum. Kim graduated with a M.A. in Museology from the University of Washington and a B.A. in Art History from the University of Colorado. Beyond being a fundraiser, Kim is a toddler mom, a Seattle Sounders season ticket holder, a Disneyland fanatic and a baking aficionado.
