Michele Malooley

Michele Malooley is a leading authority in the Medicare supplemental insurance industry. Michele’s success is founded on 30 years’ of professional experience as a solely owned independent agency located in Palm Beach County. Her company’s mission is simple: “Deliver a standard of excellence by providing clients the tools and education necessary to navigate a highly technical insurance environment in order to make informed decisions.” This level of service is inherent in Michele’s DNA making her highly skilled in client relations, which is paramount to her extensive client referral network. Michele puts the client’s needs first and finds the proper solutions for their unique individual situations.

In addition, Michele is the immediate president of the Palm Coast Association of Health Underwriters (2016-2018) of which she has been a board member since 2012. In addition to representing her industry association at the local level, she is a member of the state and national associations; Florida Association of Health Underwriters (FAHU) and NAHU advocating in Washington D.C. and Tallahassee for effective legislation. She is also a sitting member of the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 Medicare Advisory Group for NAHU and the agent representative for FAHU.

Upon graduating from Palm Beach State College in 1987, Michele began her career working alongside her parents in their independent insurance agency until retirement in 1999. Since that time, she has emerged as a force in her industry receiving a Special Service Award in 2014, Emerging Leader Award in 2015, Dan Yount Outstanding Floridian of the Year 2017, as well as helping her chapter receive the National Championship Award for Small Chapters in 2018. In addition, she has been invited to present at NAHU Regional Leadership Forums and other professional organizations. She has received the Soaring Eagle status for the past six years and is a member of the Leading Producers Round Table. Michele has also been a Certified Senior Advisor since 2003.

In 1986, Michele established herself as a resident of Palm Beach County where she lives with her husband, William Lolacono, but has deep family roots growing up in Spring Valley, IL. Close to her heart is a family legacy in fresh produce business, which she embraces through her love for culinary exploration by creating unforgettable food experiences for family and friends. Michele’s other loves include her Harley Davidson motorcycle and exploring the open rode with her husband.
