Ms. Kushel counsels clients on employment law and workplace human resource issues, working across a wide range of industries, including health care, financial services, government, and higher education. She has extensive experience defending management clients in state and federal court litigation matters as well as handling union grievances and arbitrations on behalf of employers. Ms. Kushel also represents clients in alternative dispute resolution and mediation sessions. She is a trained workplace investigator and conducts training sessions related to topics such as sexual harassment, workplace civility and avoiding discrimination claims.
