Saiqa Anne Qureshi

Saiqa Anne Qureshi is currently manager of accounting analysis in CGA at UCSF, where she manages all incoming reserach funds to UCSF, about $1.6 billion. She was previously a Senior Research Program Coordinator in OB/GYN where she set up the system to streamline execution of contracts to other UC institutions supported on gift funds that is continuing to evolve into agreements across the UC system. Prior to that she worked in the United Kingdom, including London College of Fashion, where she supported a broad technology facing research portfolio attempting to normalize sizing to reduce return rates in online shopping and integrated body scanning technology with bespoke tailoring in men's suits to re-onshore the garment industry to the EU. She additionally organized the first research dissemination events at both London Fashion Week and Men’s Collection. She attended UCSD where she triple majored in Sociology, Political Science and History, holds a Master's Degree from Oxford as well as a PhD in Sociology and an MBA from Imperial College London.
