Kay Gilstrap is the Assistant Director of Business Operations in the Center for Molecular and Translational Medicine at Georgia State University. She is responsible for both pre- and post-award processes for the Center. She has been at Georgia State University for 9 years, prior to that Kay worked at Georgia Tech for 25 years, almost entirely in departmental administration. Kay has been a member of NCURA since 2007 and has presented and volunteered for many years both at regional and national meetings. Kay is a Certified Research Administrator and has served as Treasurer and Chair for Region III. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors of NCURA.
