Rashonda is a seasoned Research Administrator with 20 years of experience and 16 years in Management. As an active volunteer in NCURA, Rashonda is a past Chairs of Collaborate and the Financial Research Administration (FRA) Community, an alumnus of NCURAs Executive Leadership Program (ELP) a past Traveling Faculty Member for Financial Research Administration, a past member of the Professional Development Committee (PDC), a past Presidential Appointed Board Member, a current At-Large Board member, a founding member of the Presidential Task Force Committee on Diversity and Inclusion and the recent recipient of the Julia Jacobsen Distinguished Service award.
