Amy Thomas

Amy Leigh Thomas is a Proposal Development Specialist in the College of Sciences and Mathematics at Auburn University.

She started her career in research administration in 2008 as a Grant Writer and moved into other pre-award aspects soon thereafter. In addition, Amy teaches the pre-award section of Auburn's COMPASS program, a campus-wide certification course for research adminsitrators.

Amy recieved her Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Auburn in 2000 and a Juris Doctorate from Samford University in 2003. Following law school, she practiced law in Birmingham for 5 years.

Amy lives in Auburn with her daughter, Emma Kate.
