Rebecca has worked at the University of Maryland since 2006 in a variety of capacities -- first as a research assistant working directly with faculty on their research and reporting, and later as contract administrator in the sponsored research office submitting proposals, accepting awards, managing non-financial post-award issues. Since 2011 she has worked in the Dean's Office of the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences managing the administrative/compliance/financial aspects of the college's sponsored research portfolio. She has served on the Departmental Research team within NCURA National Traveling Faculty for 6 years, and speaks regularly at NCURA Annual, PRA, and FRA Meetings on topics relating to departmental administration, budgeting, human subjects incentives and compensation, data management, and more.
