A business-focused attorney, Conor is both a public servant and an advocate for regional economic development. Conor earned his bachelor's degree in Cell and Developmental Biology from the University of Rochester and his law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. Now, he work for UB's office of Business and Entrepreneur Partnerships, where he negotiates clinical research contracts between the university and pharmaceutical companies to help Western New Yorkers access experimental, life-saving treatments.
