Erin has been in research administration since 2007 and held leadership positions in post and pre-award at the University of Central Florida and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Prior to that, she served as in a leadership role at a non-profit agency and in grant administration within a local county government.Currently she holds the position of Associate Director of Research Administration Services Team at UCF’s College of Community Innovation and Education. Erin is also a past Co-Chair of the NCURA Region 3 Mentoring Program (R3RAMP) and serving in an advisory role. She attained her Masters of Research Administration in 2017, has been a Certified Research Administrator since 2013 and a member of NCURA since 2007.
