Ann DuBay is the Community & Government Affairs manager for Sonoma Water, which provides outreach services for Sonoma County’s three groundwater sustainability agencies. She also serves as the administrator for the Petaluma Valley and Sonoma Valley GSAs. Ann is currently the president of the California Groundwater Coalition. Before joining Sonoma Water, Ann wrote editorials and a column for regional newspaper, The Press Democrat. She was a seasonal firefighter for four years, and grew up in Sonoma County in a house with three sisters, a small well, and a dad who used an egg timer to enforce the three-minute shower rule.
