Jamil is the current President of the American Institute of Hydrology (AIH) and is a Senior Principal Hydrologist with Stantec Consulting Services Inc. He has more than 23 years of hydrology and water resources planning and management experience, and specializes in evaluations for large-scale water infrastructure projects, with a focus on multiple objective (ecosystem restoration, flood risk management, water supply reliability, and/or navigation improvement) projects requiring technical and political understanding of the federal, state, and local water resources management systems. Jamil is a certified Professional Hydrologist (PH).
