Tom Meixner is a professor in Hydrology and Atmospheric Sciences at the University of Arizona. As a catchment biogeochemist he studies the controls that hydrologic processes place on biogeochemical processes that influence water quality. This work includes a focus on urban runoff , green infrastructure, potential recharge, and climate change. Prior to being a Professor here in Tucson he was a professor in Riverside California and a Graduate Student at the University of Arizona. Tom grew up in Maryland and enjoys playing in streams sometimes they even have water in them.
