Samantha Adams is the Business Sector Leader for the Groundwater practice at West Yost Associates. She has 15 years of experience in water resources management, including salt and nutrient management planning, groundwater management planning, regulatory support and compliance reporting, Watermaster services, water supply and demand analysis, surface and groundwater quality analysis, development and implementation of field monitoring programs, and database management. Ms. Adams has been involved in the implementation of the Chino Basin Watermaster's Optimum Basin Management Program (OBMP) since 2006 and was the co-project manager with Dr. Tellez Foster on the 2020 OBMP Update.
