Ken Sansone, a partner with SL Environmental Law Group PC, exclusively represents water suppliers in contamination cases, including litigation over PFAS and 1,2,3-TCP, in California and elsewhere. He serves as lead trial and appellate counsel to City of Pomona perchlorate contamination case, where he successfully argued to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals that manufacturers are responsible for the contamination caused by defects in their products even if they were unaware of those defects at the time of manufacture. Prior to joining SL, Ken served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of New Hampshire. He has more than 20 years' experience handling complex civil and criminal cases in federal and state trial and appellate courts.
