Katie Duncan

Katie Duncan is a Water Resource Planner/ Engineer in Training with 10 years of professional experience in which she has supported a variety of water resources management and planning projects. Her background in environmental systems, habitat restoration work, water resources planning, and public outreach and education allows her to take a dynamic approach to problem solving. Katie has experience working with both state and local agencies and has demonstrated excellence in quantitative analysis, plan development, and public outreach and community collaboration.  
 
Sarah Hamilton is a Water Resource Engineer in Training with 4 years of professional experience in which she has supported a variety of water resources management and planning projects with technical analysis. She develops tools to evaluate projects, created options and alternatives, and presents the results.
