Ami Ehlenberger serves as the Vice President of Decisioning and Advanced Technologies for Comcast. Within her current role, she is responsible for driving the adoption of AI/ML and digital personalization into the go to market strategy across the Xfinity Consumer Services portfolio. She is also responsible for developing and delivering applications and tools that make it easier to access and analyze data for both our headquarters and divisional business analytics teams. Ami leads a team of engineers, data scientists, and portfolio managers that deliver modeling and data solutions providing insights into Customer Lifetime Value, Risk Analytics, and Growth initiatives such as our Next Best Action decisioning platform.
