Shawn Trotter is Vice President of North American Channel Inside Sales. She has responsibility for driving sales, and she is committed to providing an excellent customer experience for Dell's large channel partner community. Shawn is an experienced people first sales leader with 20+ years of inside sales experience in the Public Sector, Federal, and the Channel community. She is passionate about her team and her customers, and she has a track record for delivering excellent sales, customer, and employee satisfaction results.
Her love of team building and organizational growth extends to her family and community. While contributing at Dell, she also managed a family business for eight years. This business was awarded the Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Award for outstanding customer service. She was part of the founding board for Dell's company-wide Veterans Employee Resource Group as well as the Global Interfaith Employee Resource group, which she continues to lead. She enjoys mentoring young ladies in her church youth group and doing volunteer work for the Lone Star Paralysis Foundation.
She earned her BA in Business Management from Concordia University in Austin. She resides in Round Rock, Texas, with her husband, Wil, and her two children, Drake and Matteson.
