
Ciatta Claggett is a Project Manager at S&J Service, Inc.; an MBE subcontracting company in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area that specializes in underground utility construction. Ms. Claggett has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business in Philadelphia, PA. With Drexel's cooperative education program, Ms. Claggett gained long-term internship experience within the construction industry. She has also obtained her LEED Green Associate accreditation, and is in the process of gaining her Project Management Professional certification.
Professionally, Ciatta has worked on multiple projects in the District of Columbia, specifically with DC Water ranging between $1 to $3 Million per year in revenue. Some of these projects include the Lead Service Line Replacement Program, and Sanitary Sewer Lateral and Main Repairs and Replacements.
S&J Service, Inc. provides a multitude of full-scale utilities and infrastructure services throughout DC, Maryland, and Virginia including storm drain, sanitary sewer, water mainline, structural services, surface restoration, manhole rehabilitation, and plumbing. As PM, Ms. Claggett coordinates with site superintendents and foremen to oversee the daily activities of multiple crews. She is responsible for communicating with DC homeowners to relay job scopes of work and facilitate private side contracts, documentation, and payments.
