William Hoye is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and COO at IES Abroad. Bill previously served as Associate Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and a Concurrent Professor of Law at Notre Dame. He also was Faculty Editor of The Journal of College and University Law, the nation’s leading scholarly law review on the law of higher education. He is an expert in legal and risk issues involving international programs. Bill has given over 100 presentations, published many scholarly articles, and been quoted in The Chronicle of Higher Education, NPR, and the The New York Times.
