Laura Smith is the University Relations and Groups Manager at Kaya Responsible Travel. She works closely with universities to develop sustainable, ethical, and responsible service learning, internship, group, and gap programs in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Laura has 10 years of experience in international education and student affairs in university, K-12 international school, & provider settings. Laura lived in South Africa for 4 years, completed 2 terms of AmeriCorps, and studied abroad in Mali, Spain, and Guatemala. She holds an MA in International Education from SIT Graduate Institute.
