Carrie Martins serves as an academic assistant for the online graduate program in the University of Florida's College of Journalism and Communications. Previously, she worked in Penn State Global Programs, first as sponsored relations coordinator and later as an education abroad adviser. Additionally, she held an elected staff leadership position in Global Programs for a year, serving as Staff Advisory Committee chair and cultivating staff initiatives with leadership. Carrie has also served as a college admissions counselor in Brazil and holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and political science from the University of Delaware.
