Alexandra Mitchell

Alexandra Mitchell is the Director of International Programs – France at CEA Study Abroad. Based in Paris, she acts as the Resident Director of the CEA Paris program and also overseas operations at CEA’s sites in Grenoble, Aix-en-Provence and Antibes. She has worked in the field of International Education for the past 20 years, and has contributed to several Forum on Education Abroad, APUAF and EUASA sponsored projects and presentations related to health & safety, preparedness and crisis management. Alexandra is originally from Nova Scotia, Canada, but lived in the U.S. for much of her childhood before moving to France in 1995. She earned a BA in Art History and French at Washington University in St. Louis and completed a DEA after earning a MA in Art History at the Université de Paris-IV Sorbonne.
