About the Panelist
Joe Larsen has worked for the BLM for more than 10 years. He has spent 4 years at BLM’s Idaho State Office, starting out as the mining law program lead and recently transitioning to the leasable and saleable programs lead (currently covering both). Joe started his BLM career on the eastern side of Idaho at the Upper Snake Field Office. Prior to joining the BLM, Joe worked at the Idaho Department of Lands and Idaho Department of Water Resources. He received both his BS and MS of geology from Idaho State University.
