About the Presenter
Brian Hess began working for Hess Pumice back in 1974, bagging pumice after school. He left Malad in 1976 for education and work and returned to Hess in 1997. He has been employed there since that time and has been a plant operator, applications programmer, quality assurance manager, and safety director, and has held the role of vice president of research and development for the past 7 years.
